Our utilization review program is accredited by the American Accreditation HealthCare Commission/URAC. Our clinical staff and medical director work with our clients consisting of managed care organizations, large self-insured employer groups and IPAs at risk with health plans to set objectives and proactively plan for the optimum use of home care services to improve patient outcomes.

By partnering with CareContinuum, our clients utilize our services to manage their members' home care needs to help achieve their goals of utilization management, monitoring of costs and claims, meeting new quality and outcome standards, and reducing inpatient costs. Our quarterly reports highlight relevant utilization trends and create areas for discussion and focused action planning.
